About the event
This season, we’re partnering with Toncini Modern Italian to bring the spirit of an Italian summer to the gardens of CC Bloom. Surrounded by blooms and mountain views, guests will gather at a floral-styled long table to enjoy a multi-course dinner inspired by Italy, where seasonal ingredients and bold, honest flavours take centre stage.
As the evening unfolds, courses arrive slowly, Cedar Creek Estate Winery wines are poured generously, and conversation drifts easily from one end of the table to the other. Candlelight glows, the air softens, and the setting invites you to linger—where the table is dressed as beautifully as the plates, and time seems to stretch just a little.
This is not a typical dinner.
It’s an evening meant to be savoured, together.
