This year, we’re delighted to welcome Toncini Modern Italian as our exclusive culinary partner for the 2026 Long Table Dinner at CC Bloom.

Inspired by the romance of Italian summer evenings, guests will gather for a multi-course Italian-inspired feast, thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and a modern interpretation of timeless traditions. Each course will be beautifully paired with Cedar Creek wines, creating a harmonious dining experience meant to be savoured slowly, just as it is in Italy.

For those not drinking wine, we’ll offer elegantly crafted mocktails, with beer and cider available for purchase at the bar. Guests may also purchase bottles of Cedar Creek wine or join exclusive wine subscriptions, bringing a taste of the evening home.

As the sun sets, our long table will glow beneath the open sky, dressed in lush florals and soft candlelight, setting the scene for an intimate evening of conversation, connection, and shared plates.
